Suitable for use on cementitious grout joints, it creates an invisible protective barrier without altering the appearance of the surface. Once treated, grout joints remain breathable while maintaining their original anti-slip properties, making UltraCare Grout Protector ideal for both residential and commercial environments. The product offers excellent UV resistance, ensuring long-lasting performance without yellowing or deterioration, even in areas exposed to sunlight. Certified as safe for surfaces that come into contact with food, it is suitable for kitchens, food preparation areas and other hygienic environments. The durable protective treatment withstands regular cleaning and foot traffic, maintaining its effectiveness even after repeated washing. After application, treated surfaces are ready for light foot traffic in approximately 2 hours under normal conditions (+23°C and 50% relative humidity).
